AWS has started to process our database tasks, and our instances are upgrading. The upgrade should be completed in the next 15-20 minutes.

Update
Although the test upgrade in the staging environment was done with a production copy, the upgrade process in production has been taking longer than we expected. There seems to be a queue for tasks on the AWS side. Due to this, the upgrade will not be done by 8 am UTC; we are monitoring the process and post an update ASAP.

On the 7th of February, we will do database maintenance to upgrade the underlying software to the latest version to improve the performance and stability of the service.

The maintenance window is 1 hour, and document generation requests work as expected during that time. We switch to a replicate database for the maintenance period, which means that updates to your account in the Customer Portal and templates in the Editor will not be available after the maintenance period.

Although we have planned a 1-hour window, we do everything from our side to reduce the time spent on maintenance and narrow the "no updates saved" period.
