We will do database maintenance to upgrade the underlying software to the latest version to improve the performance and stability of the service.
The maintenance window is 1 hour, and document generation requests work as expected during that time. We switch to a replicate database for the maintenance period, which means that updates to your account in the Customer Portal and templates in the Editor will not be available after the maintenance period.
Although we have planned a 1-hour window, we do everything from our side to reduce the time spent on maintenance and narrow the "no updates saved" period.
