To ensure we continue to meet these standards, we will perform routine infrastructure maintenance to upgrade our Enterprise databases to the latest versions. This upgrade will help keep our systems up to date and ensure long-term stability for all Enterprise users.

Maintenance Schedule
To minimise disruption, the maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours and rolled out regionally. While the maintenance windows are scheduled for a longer duration to allow our engineers to monitor the systems, actual downtime is expected to be minimal.

Expected Impact
The platform will remain largely operational throughout the scheduled maintenance window. However, users may experience a brief service interruption of 1 to 2 minutes when the database transitions to the upgraded version.

Background Processes: Scheduled reports or API calls executing exactly during those 1-2 minutes may experience a momentary timeout or delay.
